Christopher K. Caswell

Serving individual and business clients in Sarasota, Venice, Bradenton, and throughout Florida in the areas of wealth planning and estate administration, business law, and real estate transactions, attorney Christopher K. Caswell, CFP® is a Certified Financial Planner� as well as a noted author and lecturer in wealth planning, real estate and business transactions.

Christopher Caswell earned a double major in Mathematics/Computer Science and Spanish before attending Florida State University for his business and law degrees.  While a graduate and law student, Mr. Caswell belonged to both Beta Gamma Sigma and the Order of the Coif, the graduate business and law school honor societies, respectively.

Mr. Caswell maintains a strong commitment to advancing the legal profession through serving in leadership positions in various professional organizations.  As a member of The Florida Bar, he is a past Chairman and member of the Computer Law Committee and a member of the Business Law Section, and has served on the Executive Council of the Florida Bar's Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section.  He is also a member and former Director of the Sarasota Committee of 100 and served as Chairman of its Committee on Motion Picture and Television from 1991-1994.  In addition, Mr. Caswell functioned as Founder and Chairman of the Florida West Coast International Affairs Commission.

Most recently, he has served as President and Board member of the Suncoast Chapter of the Financial Planning Association, and as a Board member of the West Coast Black Theater Troupe.
